| dc.description.abstract | In the current economic conditions it becomes quite evident that the problem of personnel efficiency and quality of performance in carrying out assigned responsibilities is gaining in importance. To date, most successful top managers have already realized that the ability to attract, develop, retain and use the full potential of employees is the determining factor for the success of any organization. In the process of human resource management, each manager comes to the understanding that the effectiveness of the work of the personnel depends not only on a correctly constructed system of motivation and rational organization of work of the employees and effective leadership, but also on the capabilities of each employee, in particular, his or her state of health. In this regard, the corporate health management, including a system of management activities aimed at ensuring and maintaining the physical and psychological health of personnel, is becoming especially popular. | uk_UA |
