| dc.description | The paper considers the barriers of implementation and operation of information technology in the food industry that are in the heterogeneity levels of management, the complexity of the combination and mutual information technology, lack of experience on the implementation of different classes of information systems. A four-layer hierarchical model of information technology industry companies, which provides integration of automated process control systems, MES-system (executive production system), ERP-system (Enterprise Resource Planning) and OLAP-systems (Technology Operations multivariate data analysis). The first level involves the operation of automated systems for technological processes management, operating with information on the level of production. The second level focuses on the use of MES-systems (Manufacturing Execution System), which solve the problem of synchronization, coordinate, analyze and optimize output in the production process in real time. At the third level ERP-system is focused (Enterprise Resource Planning), the main purpose of which is to manage the financial and economic activity of the enterprise. ERP-system operates on the top of a hierarchical pyramid of control systems and for the main aspects of all elements of the production and trade of the company. On the upper level there is OLAP-system (On-Line Analytic Processing). Analytical processing, real-time data processing technology, including dynamic compilation and publication of reports and documents. Used by analysts for fast processing of complex database queries. It is used for preparing business reports on sales, marketing and management purposes using Data mining). However, clearly differentiate the good use of MES-ERP-systems is difficult. Most experts believe that production management solution based on four objectives: the formation of three-nomenclature plan; balance of production capacity; assembly production schedules; grouping of equipment and parts, assembly units. The functional capabilities of each component of the hierarchical model of information technology and their relationship with levels of management in companies operating in the food market was determined. | dc.description.abstract | В статті розглянуто бар’єри впровадження і експлуатації інформаційних технологій на підприємствах харчової промисловості, що полягають у різнорідності рівнів системи управління, складності поєднання та взаємоузгодження інформаційних технологій, відсутності практичного досвіду щодо впровадження різного класу інформаційних систем. Запропоновано чотирьохрівневу ієрархічну модель інформаційних технологій підприємства харчової промисловості, що передбачає інтеграцію автоматизованих систем управління технологічними процесами, MES-системи (виконавча система виробництва), ERP-системи (планування ресурсів підприємства) та OLAP-системи (технології оперативного багатовимірного аналізу даних). Визначено функціональні можливості кожної складової ієрархічної моделі інформаційних технологій їх взаємозв’язок з рівнями управління підприємства, що функціонує на ринку харчових продуктів. | uk_UA |
