Description
The article defines the role of budgetary management and analyzes the development of financial decentralization in order to achieve strategic goals, new technologies of financial management and the main tasks of society. It is proved that the effectiveness of budget management is seen in the creation of an effective mechanism of distribution taking into account the level of self-sufficiency, growth of tax potential, territorial image.
