Abstract
This article is devoted to issues of information support management decisions. On the validity of management decisions depend on current and future competitiveness of the organization, the effectiveness of its activities in a market environment. This fact is of great interest for the development of quality assurance management decisions that ultimately determines the effectiveness of management in general.
