Due to a turbulent market environment they need information about customers, competitors or allies in order to create a trust atmosphere that will lead to increased interest in their products or service. Internationalization and globalization of the food economy postulate new communication needs, thereby emphasizing the role of communication in dealing with the environment in which the primary source of profit become the information and methods of their identifying and sharing. The authors undertook a study which, through concentration on communication management, fills a significant gap in literature dedicated to identification of a communication system in the aspect of a supply chain and as an element of strategies of food industry enterprises.Item Development of residential areas in harmony with nature(Полтава: Вид-во ПДАА, 2015) Brzozowska, A.; Kalinichenko, A. P.; Zakharova, O.; Калініченко, Антоніна Володимирівна; Патика, Володимир ПилиповичThe article presents the basic principles of organic (natural) farming in “Agroecology” are: soil preserving technologies, that is, seed bed is processed to depth of 5 cm for all the crops while surface is mulched with harvest residues; soil fertility is restored with the aid of organic fertilizers (manure - at least 24-26 t/ha, non-tradable crop residues and green manure crops); synthetic fertilizers are not applied (nitrogen is supplied through entering legumes into crop rotation (more than 20% saturation); agro-technical measures to protect crops from weeds and stubble crops (cruciferous green manure sown after harvesting, which has allelopathic effect on weeds); crop protection from pests and diseases with the aid of agricultural practices, prevention and biological methods; correction of land use patterns and optimal crop structure modelling. The proposed work based on the example of private enterprise “Agroecology” is used for environmental education in rural schools in Poltava region, as well as in higher education establishment, including Poltava State Agrarian Academy, specialized education centers and non-formal education institutions. The program of residential areas development should always take into account human activities and its problems, natural feature and value of the environment (be in harmony with nature), cultural and historical heritage of rural areas.Item Ecological perspective of IT in environmental management(Полтава: Вид-во ПДАА, 2015) Brzozowska, A.; Kalinichenko, A. V.; Minkova, O.; Калініченко, Антоніна ВолодимирівнаThe role of information systems in environmental management has been presented in the collective monograph, based on the positions of inter-subject approach. The different effects of development and implementation of systems for environmental situation observation as well as typical areas of their use in terms of environmental protection have been shown. Numerous assumptions concerning the implementation of environmental solutions have been investigated. Considerable attention has been paid to the questions of modern forms of agricultural and rural areas development using the computer modeling and simulation. The monograph is a part of 2 research themes: 1) “Develop strategies for sustainable agroecosystems with optimal cost resources for different forms of business” (the number of state registration 0112U007773); 2) “To work out scientific directions of organizational, economic, financial and social development, management and regulation in agro-industrial complex, on the branch level and in the organization-legal forms of market economy” (the number of state registration 0111U002780). Podejście zasobowe natomiast w zarządzaniu strategicznym należy do imperatyw wiedzy o cyklu gospodarowania i korzysta z fundamentalnych zasad i mechanizmów tego procesu. Trudno wyobrazić sobie przedsiębiorstwo bez ekonomicznego osnowy i jakichkolwiek zasobów. Ewaluacja podejścia do zasobów w zarządzaniu strategicznym obliguje do zdiagnozowania bardziej ogólnej wizji. P.; Калініченко, Антоніна ВолодимирівнаThe current state of biofuel distribution in EU, USA and Ukraine and its perspectives, new alternative sources of renewable energy , advantages and disadvantages of their use have been analyzed in this review. The concept growing of energy cultures in Ukraine has been described. Prospects for the use of bioenergy cultures of the 2nd generation have been considered. Particular attention has been paid to advantages and peculiarities of growing cultures with high potential of productivity - willow and poplar. The role of phytoplasmas in plant pathology has been considered; the pathways of distribution of plant phytoplasmosis, their localization in plant-host cells, typical symptoms of plants affected phytoplasmal diseases have been described, as well as attention has been paid to the distribution of phytoplasmas in Europe and Ukraine, which are capable to affect the perspective bioenergy cultures of wood species.Item Sources and determinants of the innovativeness of enterprises.(Актуальні проблеми економіки, 2015) Brzozowska, A.; Dacko, M.; Kalinichenko, A. V.; Калініченко, Антоніна ВолодимирівнаPoland, having joined the EU, became subject to regulations that significantly changed the conditions under which its food industry functioned. As markets opened up to each other, the possibilities of sale increased and competitiveness of economic entities improved. Mobilised public funds contributed, among other things, to modernisation of agricultural holdings and food industry enterprises, improvement of their competitiveness, construction of the infrastructure and multifunctional development of rural areas. The paper discusses tendencies in financing agriculture under the Common Agricultural Policy in Poland against the production and economic situation of the agricultural and food sector.
